Baierbrunn – After first chairman Gerold Wehr, treasurer Uwe Harfich and assistant technician Gerhard Kreuzeder did not stand for re-election at the annual meeting of SC Baierbrunn, a change in the board was due.

The achievements of the previous board under the leadership of Gerold Wehr were highly recognized by the members present. This was shown in the unanimous discharge of the entire board without any criticism. The audit for the year 2019 certified the treasurer Uwe Harfich a perfect result. In his following presentation he was able to explain in a comprehensible way that the association has operated solidly and is financially well positioned. The departing board members were greeted with great applause.
Werner Tüting is declared an honorary member of SC Baierbrunn
After long-standing members had been honored, the first chairman, Gerold Wehr, appointed the head of the athletics department, Werner Tüting, an honorary member of SC Baierbrunn because of his great services to the club. Gerold Wehr thanked the community of Baierbrunn and the mayor Patrick Ott who was present for the excellent cooperation and financial support. He also sees this as an appreciation for the valuable contribution made by SC Baierbrunn to community life, said Wehr.

The final election of the new board led to the following result: 1st chairman Michael Stautner (new), 2nd chairman Sascha Lechner, treasurer Thilo Swoboda (new), youth management Andy Schweitzer, secretary Frank Weyers, assessor Sport Dr. Konrad Kastl, Technical Assessor Stefan Hoffmann (new).
New artificial turf pitch at SC Baierbrunn in planning
With the construction of an artificial turf pitch, a major project is pending in the following year, which has to be tackled together with the community. Here the SC Baierbrunn, under the leadership of Dr. Konrad Kastl, sports assessor, has already done valuable planning work.
