Friday, 14 August 2020, 06:32Colombian striker Jonathan Agudlo was scheduled to land in Israel this morning (Friday) and join Hapoel Beer Sheva. In the normal procedure, the team will only receive the player in two weeks, so he will not be relevant for the game against Dynamo Batumi in Georgia in the Europa League qualifiers in two weeks.
Hapoel Beer Sheva did not register too much disappointment in light of the loss to Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Champions League. The team took comfort in the second half yesterday in which the team was more organized and did not concede any more goals. At the same time, the club reiterated that the team lacked all the isolated foreigners and another Israeli player who will probably be added. Coach Yossi Aboksis talked last night about the combination of young players or home players is a great thing and provided that they have good old players who will attract them and get more out of them. The bottom line is that Hapoel Beer Sheva once again understands how dependent the team is on Jozo, even when he is in isolation at all and has not yet returned to training.
