Remains in London, but changes neighborhood. Offensive Brazilian midfielder Willian has signed for three seasons at Arsenal, after ending his contract at Chelsea, which he left about a week ago.
After undergoing the process of obtaining English citizenship over the past year, declaring that his family had fallen in love with the kingdom's capital, Stamford Bridge believed he would extend his contract, but at 32 Willian chose a new home.
"He will contribute a lot to us, especially to the young players," Gunners manager Mikael Arteta said after the club officially announced the addition of Willian. He added: "He is a smart and experienced player who will strengthen us significantly in the offensive part. Willian is the kind of player who makes the difference."
For Willian, the North London team is the fourth stop in Europe. After leaving Brazil and playing for Shakhtar Donetsk and briefly for Angie from Russian side, he came to Chelsea during 2013, and now as mentioned, the Brazilian national team player has changed address within London.
