The Hama Police team is meeting with Al-Tadamon today in Lattakia in the first round of the second leg of the first-class league qualification for the Premier League for next season.

Hama Police coach Ezzou Touqaj, and in a statement to the SANA sports reporter, explained that his team is technically and physically ready for the meeting, whose features have changed because it was supposed to face the jihad team, but the withdrawal of the latter necessitated him to meet with solidarity. The role and competition for one of the two qualified cards from this group for the semi-finals, indicating that the team’s ambition is to ascend to the Premier League.

Tuqaj pointed out that the team went through intensive training during the last period to stand up to the level of the players and their technical and physical readiness, which helped us choose the appropriate squad in which we will play our first matches in the first leg, indicating that every match in this role is a final for us, so victory will be our demand in every Matches.

For his part, Ali Barakat, Al-Tadamun coach, explained that his team will do everything possible to achieve victory, despite the short preparations period, during which the focus was on raising the morale of the players, hoping that his team would perform well and achieve a victory that would be a catalyst for the players in their next matches.

The teams play in the second round in two groups back and forth, and qualify at the first and second end of each group to the final stage of the league in which the first-place holder from each group plays with the second-place holder from the other group one game, and the two winners qualify for the Premier League.

In the first group, the Al-Majd, Al-Harjila, Al-Muhafaza and Al-Waqha teams will compete, while the second group includes the Freedom and Jihad, Afrin and Hama Police teams.
