Five days before the resumption of Ligue 1, Olympique de Marseille announced on Sunday, on its website, that "three new suspected cases of Covid-19 have been detected within its professional workforce". If they were proven, this would bring the number of cases at OM to four in the last four days, after the announcement of Jordan Amavi's positivity. "The club contacted the LFP commission planned for this purpose this evening (Sunday)", indicates the Marseille club. OM must start their season in Ligue 1 with the reception of Saint-Etienne next Friday.
