Al-Majd and Al-Harjla win over Al-Mohafatia and Al-Wakala in the First Division

The Al-Majd team defeated the governorate, 4 goals to one, in the match that brought them together today at the Al-Galaa stadium in Damascus, in the first round of the southern group of the second round of the First Division Clubs League that qualifies for the Premier League for football.

Al-Majd Kanan Al-Naama scored a penalty kick in the 13th minute, Nour Al-Halabi scored twice in the 80th minute from a penalty kick and the 89th minute, and Anas Garam in the 93rd minute, while Omar Al-Turk scored the only goal of the governorate from a penalty kick in the 63rd minute.

In a second match in the same group, the Harjila team defeated Al-Waqaha with two goals to one at the Governorate stadium in Damascus.

The northern group opened its competitions yesterday, and Al-Tadamun won over Hama police with two goals to none, and Al-Hurriya beat Afrin by three goals to none.

The teams play in the second round in two groups back and forth, and qualify at the first and second end of each group to the final stage of the league, in which the first-place holder from each group plays with the second-place holder from the other group one game, and the two winners qualify for the Premier League.
