Vladimir Ivitch continues to adapt to Watford. Or rather, the Wasps players are trying to get used to the tough Serbian coach, who is known not to smile much.

Ivica, who signed the contract last weekend and has already started his first training week at Watford, will be the fourth Wasp coach only in the last year after his predecessors in office (Xabi Gracia, Kika Sanchez Flores and Nigel Pearson) did not exactly last longer than a number Months each.

The one who shed some light on the impression on the part of the players is captain Troy Dini, who this season will complete a decade in the uniform of the freshman relegated from the Premier League to the Championship. "Ivica has blue and shining eyes, he looks you straight in the eye and he looks like someone who wants to kill you," Dini recounted fresh experiences from the Serb's first training sessions. "On the other hand, he is very nice and talks about it, so you always have to be on the edge in front of him ".

"Ivica is kind and nice," Dini went on to describe his new coach, "he coaches us for a few days and so far none of the players are complaining about anything. Anyway, this is just our first week together and everyone wants to stay together at the right pace."
