Los Angeles Clippers (2) - Dallas Mavericks (7) 127: 114 (1: 1).  Kristaps Prosingis came back from the dubious dismissal that left him out of Game 1 and made Dallas a favorite.

True, Luka Doncic was again leading with 28 points (22 of them in the first half) and was close to a triple-double, but the Mavericks made their escape when Prosingis got into things and finished the game with 23 points. The two stars received great help from Trey Lightning and Seth Kerry with 16 and 15 points respectively.

Kwai Leonard was great on the losing side with 35 points, but he lacks the help of Paul George on a very mediocre evening of 14 points, and here you have a draw in the series.

Boston Celtics (3) - Philadelphia Sixers (6) 101: 128 (0: 2). So far this seems to be a one-sided series. Philly did not know how to take advantage of the absence of the injured Gordon Hairwood from the rival roster, and except for a good first quarter, was eliminated against Boston.

Led by Jason Taitum, the Celtics ran on the Sixers' heads for two powerful quarters, leaving the opponent far behind. Taitum led his team's scoring list with 33 points and was aided by 22 points by Kamba Walker.

Philadelphia, as mentioned, shows mediocre ability, which this time left Joel Ambide alone to fight a superior opponent. He may have finished the evening with 34 points and 10 rebounds, but it just wasn’t forces.

Denver Nuggets (3) - Utah Jazz (6) 124: 105 (1: 1).  Utah arrived ready for Game 2 of the series and turned it into a long Gaber Time and equalized 1-1.

20 threes rained the jazz on the head of their opponent, with Donovan Mitchell leading with 30 points. Jordan Clarkson gave the important addition with 26 points and also Rudy Gover with 19 points and 7 rebounds helped eliminate the Nuggets.

Nikola Jukic was great in Denver with 28 points and 11 rebounds, but except for Michael Porter Jr. who scored the same amount of points, the rest of the Nuggets players evaporated.

Toronto Raptors (2) - Brooklyn Nets (7) 99: 104 (0: 2).  After an easy win in the first game, the champion had to work hard to double its advantage in the series.

The first three close quarters, in which Brooklyn led, were forgotten in Toronto’s excellent final quarter, which ran 19:30 to secure the win.

Fred Vanavilt and Norman Powell scored 24 points each to keep the Raptors from stumbling. Kyle Laurie with 21 points and Pascal Sikam with 19 of his own were the assisting force.

The Nets had Garrett Temple with 21 points and Chris Lovart added 16 of his own as well as 10 assists, but in the closing seconds the Nets missed an opportunity to equalize with a three-pointer as a ball loss became Toronto's two crucial points.
