Bordeaux tied Nantes without goals in the first match of the new season of Ligue 1 in French football today.
Nantes dominated most of the match after Bordeaux's Mahdi Zarqan, 20, in his first league appearance, received a red card after a strong intervention with Nicolas Palloa, to complete the match with ten players.
In the upcoming matches, Dijon will meet Angers, while Lille will play Rennes on Saturday.
The match was initially scheduled for tomorrow, but the French League made the date after the Marseille-Saint-Etienne match was postponed after four positive cases of Corona virus were discovered in Marseille.
