Hapoel Tel Aviv announced this morning (Friday) that midfielder Shai Eisen, who joined the senior team last year, has signed a four-year contract at the club.
Eisen, 19, grew up in the youth department of Hapoel Tel Aviv and played in all the teams in the department and even won the state cup as captain with the youth team. Last season he took a permanent place in the senior team and to this day has recorded 32 official games in the red uniform.
Eisen said after the signing: "I'm happy to continue at the club where I grew up. As a kid, you always dream of the moment you go up to play on the grass in Bloomfield in front of the red crowd and last year I got to fulfill it. "Thank you to the management and the professional team for the trust and good feeling they give me and the faith in me and my ability. May we all have a successful season, in the hope that we will return to routine soon. Come on, Hapoel!"
Meanwhile, Eisen's agent, Dudu Dahan, claims that the player is in talks with a team from the Premier League.
