Hertha BSC does not want to sell Brazilian Cunha

Despite the interest of Paris Saint-Germain, Hertha BSC does not want to give up the Brazilian Matheus Cunha this summer. "We didn't bring Matheus Cunha in winter in order to sell him again in summer. He is a central factor in our planning," said Hertha's manager Michael Preetz the "kicker".

Cunha has been one of the top performers at Hertha since switching from league competitor RB Leipzig in winter. The capital club had brought him from the Saxons for 18 million euros and given him a long-term contract until 2024. In eleven league games he had five hits and two assists. Under the new Hertha coach Bruno Labbadia, he continued to show strong performances.

France's top club PSG with coach Thomas Tuchel had recently shown increased interest in the South American, according to media reports. There should already have been contact between both sides, but not yet a specific offer. According to "Bild", Cunha should also be on the wish list at Inter Milan in Italy.

Leipzig and Bayer show interest in Schick

RB Leipzig does not give up in the struggle for a further signing of the Czech loaner Patrik Schick. Negotiations with AS Roma were resumed. As the "Corriere dello Sport" reports, however, the club has to deal with Bayer Leverkusen. Bayer 04 have also contacted the Romans.

The Serie A club, which was taken over a few days ago by US entrepreneur Dan Friedkin, is currently struggling with liquidity problems and is relying on Schicks transfer. The demand is 23 million euros. Schick moved from Sampdoria Genoa to Rome in 2017 and was awarded to Leipzig in summer 2019.

Pogba stays with Manchester United

Paul Pogba will remain a Manchester United player beyond the summer and will not be leaving the club, according to his agent. "United will not accept any offers this summer," Mino Raiola told British TV broadcaster Sky. "We'll be talking about a new contract soon, no stress." The Frenchman Pogba came to United from Juventus in 2016 for the then record transfer fee of 105 million euros and has a contract with the English record champions until the summer of 2021. "He is a key player for Manchester United. They have an important project and he is 100 percent involved. "

Juve interested in the ex-Wolfsburg Dzeko

The new coach of Italy's record champions Juventus Turin, Andrea Pirlo, apparently wants to strengthen the team for the coming season with the ex-Wolfsburg Edin Dzeko. According to "Corriere dello Sport", Turin has started negotiations with AS Roma to sign the 34-year-old attacker.

The Bosnian still has a contract with Roma until June 30, 2022, and Dzeko's annual salary is currently estimated at 7.5 million euros. As one of the top earners in the club, the Romans want to part with the former Bundesliga professional. From 2007 to January 2011 Dzeko was under contract with VfL Wolfsburg and had become German champions with Wölfen in 2009.
