After the 0: 3 victory over Dynamo Batumi in the Europa League qualifiers, Hapoel Beer Sheva are aiming for the addition of the two Argentine midfielders Marcello Mali and Mariano Briero. While with Mali most of the terms have already been agreed and he is due to take off for Israel, Briero, a Racing Club player, is still a candidate and is in negotiations with the team. The club estimates that the weekend will be fateful for the two, with the team believing that there is a good chance that both will arrive.

Last night's victory over Batumi at Colony Stadium created very good feelings at the club. "Anyone who thought that the plan of cuts we made would create a disgruntled team was greatly mistaken," Hapoel Beer Sheva said. "The players are serious and committed and the fact that some of them cut 50 percent of the salary, did not make them any less good, but even the opposite."
The one who once again received the most compliments is Joshua who scored a spectacular double and stuck a penalty ball to the beam as well. The team feels that the players are starting to connect and have already started talking yesterday about the opening round on Sunday against Maccabi Netanya Teddy as a kind of character test after the convincing victory last night. "Hapoel Beer Sheva last season suffered ups and downs. We have to produce a streak of victories at the beginning of the season and in two different factories," the team said.
