Robert Lewandowski is considered without a shadow of a doubt the Bayern Munich man this season. The 32-year-old striker has scored 59 goals in 53 appearances in all competitions and is considered to be primarily responsible for the Bavarians finishing the season with a tremendous treble. Many football fans on the continent resented France Football magazine's decision to cancel the 'Golden Ball' ceremony this year, an award that the Pole may be considered the leading candidate to win.
In an interview with Bandowski, he referred to the cancellation of the prestigious ceremony and said: "We won everything that could have been won, I was the top scorer in all the factories I played, I think a player who achieves such achievements should win a prize."
On next season he said: “We have a young squad, I do not think anyone in the team is full of what we have achieved. I believe in a project at the club and my existing contract is definitely not the last here. I want to play at the highest levels even after 2023 and I still do not think about what I will do next. "
