After only two days, the En-Avant changes technician. A decision that the Breton club has not, for the moment, explained.

Guingamp announced on Sunday the arrival of Bosnian Mecha Bazdarevic as a new coach, replacing Sylvain Didot, who arrived less than a year ago and was thanked after two days of the League 2 championship. The press release does not specify the reasons for this surprise departure. The sports director of the Breton club Xavier Gravelaine, who arrived during confinement, must give a press conference in the afternoon.

After a preparation disrupted by the new coronavirus, which forced the placement of the entire professional group in fourteen at the beginning of August, the EAG, which had finished 8th last season, missed its start to the championship, losing 1 -0 at home against Niort. But the team drew 2-2 in stoppage time on Saturday in Nancy.

Bazdarevic expected this Monday in Guingamp

Expected Monday in Guingamp, the 59-year-old former Yugoslav international, whose real name is Mehmed Bazdarevic, is a regular in Ligue 2 who has several times succeeded in bringing up small teams (Istres in 2004, Grenoble in 2008). After a stint as coach of Bosnia and Herzegovina (2014-2017), he returned to Ligue 2 with Paris FC, which he led to the accession dams for Ligue 1 in 2019 but for which he was thanked a few months later after disappointing results.

Sylvain Didot, for his part, arrived at Guingamp in 2017 to train the reserve team. In September 2019, after eight days of the championship, he took the reins of the first team in place of Patrick Lair, himself arrived in May to replace Jocelyn Gourvennec after the club's relegation to Ligue 2.
