The Racing 92 rugby club announced Thursday a case of Covid within its workforce, three days before the trip to Lyon for the resumption of the Top 14.
“The tests carried out on the entire professional group this morning revealed a positive case,” writes the Ile-de-France club on Twitter.
Earlier in the day, Montpellier had also announced two positive cases, a player and a management member, while the Hérault club must open the season against Pau on Friday.

The club will keep the NRL informed of developments and continue to follow the recommendations and protocol of the NRL expert commission to the letter.

A few days before the resumption of the Top 14, several clubs were particularly affected by the new coronavirus.
According to the protocol established by the NRL, three positive cases within one and the same club three days before a meeting will result in its postponement.
