The 18-year-old Paraguay defender Santiago Occupos' young man was acquired by Betar Jerusalem today (Monday) and signed with the club for three years. As reported in Walla! Thus, Betar is expected to drop the Dor Malul option, with Shai Konstantin and Ocampus expected to man the right-back position.
