Sky Sports reported today that the Japanese player, Osaka, who won two Grand Slam titles, climbed to the US Open final after defeating Jennifer Brady in two sets to one, with a score of 7-6, 3-6, 6-3.

Osaka will play in the final against the winner of the third-seeded Serena Williams match with Russian Victoria Azarenka.
