The Premier League called on the British government to the necessity for the masses to return to the stadiums with the start of the new season of the competition 2020-2021.
The official website of the Premier League stated, “The League expresses its concern about the decisions taken to restrict the return of fans to football stadiums, as it causes losses of up to 100 million pounds a month in the event that the fans do not return to the stadiums.”
It is noteworthy that the new season of the Premier League will begin next Saturday with a meeting between newly promoted Fulham and its guest Arsenal.
