Kevin Durant Introduces Antoine Griezmann's New Shirt, with Number 7 (Twitter)
In a solemn announcement, by none other than Brooklyn Nets player Kevin Durant, today (Friday) Antoine Griezmann officially received the No. 7 shirt in Barcelona.
The French striker who arrived at the Camp Nou last summer was forced to compromise last season on shirt number 17, as Ivan Rakitić already held the figure in which Griezmann felt.
Now that the Croatian has returned to Sevilla and left the Catalans, Griezmann is back to his familiar and beloved literature.
The fact that Barcelona announces the change in this way is not necessarily self-evident, after rumors and reports were circulating during the last season and in the summer that the French national team striker is not happy with Barcelona, and that he may leave in the summer.
Rumors grew stronger after the saga of Messi's departure, which ultimately did not happen.
