He's not shy about it.
"It's a very big blow," plague Pascal Donnadieu.
One week before the start of the season - against Bourg-en-Bresse on September 23 in an advanced match for the 2nd day of Jeep Elite - Nanterre announced this Wednesday evening that he will have to do without Lucas Dussoulier.
Victim of a left knee injury during a preparation match a few days ago, the player, also a French 3x3 international, took exams during the day which confirmed the fears of the medical staff.
He will have to undergo an operation soon and leave the season behind.

Recruited this summer from Quimper (Pro B), Lucas Dussoulier, 24, was preparing to play his first elite season.
It was one of the bets of Pascal Donnadieu who had focused his recruitment on young French people like Ivan February (21) or Alpha Kaba (24).
"He was our best player in our first preparation match and it was he who made the best impression on me of the whole group," says Pascal Donnadieu.
He had signed for 3 seasons, so we are going to support him and do everything we can to make him come back stronger.
This is terrible.
"
The club started looking for a replacement.
"We will try but we have a limited envelope," continues coach Pascal Donnadieu.
Winger Jérémy Nzeulie, without a club since the end of his contract with Strasbourg and who is currently training with his training club, would have been surveyed.
But the champion of France with Nanterre in 2013 would have declined.
