Jota goes to the Reds
The English champions FC Liverpool strengthened themselves again after the commitment of Thiago from Bayern Munich.
Wolverhampton Wanderers' striker Diogo Jota is moving to team manager Jürgen Klopp's team, according to his previous coach Nuno Espirito Santo.
"Diogo is going to the right place. His great moments that he gave us will remain unforgettable," Nuno told journalists.
As a replacement for the 23-year-old, between almost 40 and 49 million euros are under discussion.
The Portuguese international has scored 44 goals in 131 appearances for the Wolves and prepared 19 more.
Jota is to receive a contract in Liverpool until 2025.
Midfield star Thiago had Klopp's club cost almost 30 million euros.
For left-back Kostas Tsimikas (24) from Olympiacos Piraeus 13 million were due.
Arslan goes to Udinese
Former HSV professional Tolgay Arslan is drawn to Italy.
The 30-year-old midfielder, who recently terminated his contract with Fenerbahce, which was valid until 2022, is moving to the Italian first division club Udinese Calcio.
He signed a contract with the Serie A club from Friuli until June 2022.
Arslan was recently also in discussion as a member of the second division Hannover 96.
"Arslan is an agile player with great international experience," said Udineses sporting director Pierpaolo Marino, commenting on the commitment.
In his career, Arslan played a total of 92 competitive games for Hamburger SV before moving to Turkey in winter 2015.
