There is no shortage of spectacular moves in professional sports - a gate at the hairdresser, a resounding dunk, an elegant drop-shot - but from time to time we witness a truly extraordinary moment.
It is not necessarily shiny, but embodies the whole spirit of sports.
This is exactly what happened at a triathlon competition held a few days ago in Spain.
The British James Tegel was on his safe way to finish in third place, but 100 meters before the finish line he made a wrong turn and got off track.
The Spanish Diego Mantrida overtook him, but immediately realized the mistake and signaled to Tigel where he should run.

"For me it's the logical thing to do. When I saw him get off the track, just stop. James got that medal."
