The State Attorney's Office announced its decision to the attorneys for the former Maccabi Tel Aviv players, as well as to the girls' parents and their attorneys.

Apparently, the families will hold a consultation on whether to pursue civil proceedings against the two, but the chances of that seem slim.

The families can appeal the decision of the State Attorney's Office.

In July, the prosecution asked investigators from the Central District Police Youth Department who investigated the affair to make a number of completions before a final decision was made.

The police carried out what was requested and returned the case to the State Attorney's Office, with the recommendation that there was no evidentiary basis to prosecute the footballers and file an indictment against them.

The actors claimed that the girls with whom they slept lied to them about their age, and they even brought investigators testimonies and documents supporting their version.

The two even denied that they gave the minors alcohol, while the suspicion on this issue was also ruled out due to lack of public interest.
