Tyler Dorsey will open his second season at Maccabi Tel Aviv this week, which will meet Alba Berlin in the first round of the Euroleague.
In an interview with the club's official website, the guard was asked how different it would be to continue playing without the yellow fans: "This is something important for the home team. Last year it helped us a lot to play in front of our crowd, the best fans in Europe. "The audience picks you up and gives you strength. We have to find a way to make adjustments until they come back and we think positively about that. When you run and score they are the engine to keep going, I'm an actor who feeds on that."
On the games and training in the shadow of the Corona, the guard said: "The difficulty is mental. There are a lot of things to deal with. Suddenly taking care of the family, staying closed in isolation. For the game without an audience it's hard, but it's something we know because every player here started "No audience and no fans. So we have to go back to these places with no choice, until we see them here again."

For the most part, Maccabi Tel Aviv managed to keep the staff from last season.
Dorsey claims that continuity is very important: "It's a matter of chemistry, we know each other and what we like to do. There will be difficult moments during the season, but we were already there together. Once we integrate the new players we will be fine. I am happy and ready to play again. "Especially in the Euroleague. It's been too long. Some key players have arrived. It's a long season and there will be injuries and situations we will need, so they will have to be prepared. They are learning the system, they are learning the method and they will be key players."
