Real Madrid defeated Real Betis by three goals to two in the match that brought them together in the third round of the Spanish Football League.
Federico Valverde scored for Real Madrid in the 14th minute, Betis' Emerson scored an own goal in the 48th minute and Sergio Ramos scored from a penalty kick in the 82nd minute, while Betis Issa Mandi and William Carvalho scored in the 35th and 37th minutes, respectively.
With this result, Real Madrid raised its score to 4 points in sixth place, while Real Betis stuck at 6 points in second place in the Spanish League.
