SpVgg Kammerberg: The 1-1 draw against FSV Pfaffenhofen was more like a defeat for the team of coach Matthias Koston

Kammerberg - Once the SpVgg Kammerberg didn't pay attention in the district league game against FSV Pfaffenhofen - and that cost them two points.

It was 1: 1 in the end, the game association was closer to victory than the visiting team.

Kammerberg's coach Matthias Koston had to replace top scorer Robin Streit due to an ankle injury.

For him, Patrick Sturm played central in attack.

The SpVgg started the game well: Sebastian Waas had the first chance of the game in the third minute.

Five minutes later, the left winger made it better: After a diagonal ball from Thomas Eichenseer, he ran towards the guests' box and gave goalkeeper Maximilian Pencileiner no chance.

With the lead in the back, the game association controlled the game.

There was little evidence of a hit from the guests.

In the 23rd minute, however, the Koston-Elf could be countered: A Pfaffenhofener was able to drive the ball through midfield and attack, Stefan Huber closed to equalize.

"That was unnecessary and shouldn't happen to us during a tour," said Kammerberg's team manager Gerhard Güntner.

Although the home team put away the goal well and was closer to the second goal, the score was 1: 1 in the half-time break.

There were other SpVgg chances, but they didn't want to score

After the break, the FSV had the first chance with a lift over SpVgg goalkeeper Markus Eisgruber and his goal.

Although the Kammerberger created more chances through Waas and Emmanuel Ojo and remained the more dangerous team, it went with the 1-1 in the final phase.

Eisgruber and his people in front had to tremble again when the guests took a free kick, but the ball did not land in the goal.

The Kammerberger moved up to fourth place through the draw, but mourned a better result.

"We did well, so the 1-1 draw feels like a defeat," emphasized team manager Güntner after the game.
