second division volleyball players went to their first home game on Sunday afternoon against TV Waldgirmes and fully lived up to their role as favorites: The SVL women defeated the Hessians 3-0 (25:14, 25:12 , 25:16) and so safe that SVL trainer Claudia Mürle was able to cheerfully switch and give all the players working times.
“The team implemented what I asked of them in every phase and everyone who came in fitted in seamlessly,” said the trainer, paying her team a “huge compliment”. In addition to the new three points, there was also the third MVP medal for setter Stefanie John and the 18th birthday of team chick Lena Müller to celebrate.
