Media: Milan shows interest in Nastasic

The 18-time Italian champions AC Milan shows interest in the Schalke defender and Serbian national player Matija Nastasic (27).

The Corriere dello Sport reports.

The Rossoneri are hoping for a loan deal with a purchase option for the central defender.

The financially troubled Royal Blues prefer to sell the professional, who has been under contract in Gelsenkirchen since 2015, right away.

Nastasic had already played in Serie A at Fiorentina in the 2011/12 season.

Barça want to keep Fati in the long term

Speculations about an early extension of the contract with the new child prodigy Ansu Fati from FC Barcelona are in full swing.

According to media reports, the Catalans should have an option to unilaterally renew the contract, which is valid until the end of June 2024.

Currently, Fati would be tied to FC Barcelona until the end of June 2022.

According to "Catalunya Ràdio", however, there are disagreements between the club and Fati's advisor Jorge Mendes in the interpretation of the clause.

Mendes should consider them invalid.

Fati will be 18 on October 31, but has already played 34 competitive games for FC Barcelona.

The teenager with roots in Guinea-Bissau is considered the club's hope and has long since aroused the interest of other clubs.

Last Sunday, with two goals, he made a significant contribution to the 4-0 victory of coach Ronald Koeman's team against Villarreal.

According to reports, the fixed transfer fee is now 400 million euros, previously it should have been 170 million euros.

Fati has been wearing the FC Barcelona shirt since he was ten years old, having previously played in the youth team of Sevilla FC.

Switch to Schalke?

According to information from "Bild" and "Sport Bild", a goalkeeper swap between Eintracht and FC Schalke 04 is imminent, with Rönnow moving to Gelsenkirchen and 22-year-old Markus Schubert to Frankfurt.
