, José Anigo was taken into custody this Thursday morning at the Bishop's Palace, the Marseille police station.

Summoned by the PJ's brigade for the repression of banditry, the former OM coach and sports director is suspected of "participating in a criminal association with a view to committing a crime" and "organized gang extortion".

He traveled from England where he works as a recruiter for Nottingham Forest, an English D2 club.

The regional daily indicates that 21 people were arrested by the PJ at the beginning of the week, in particular to shed light on a dispute concerning the transfer of young Marseillais Isaac Lihadji to Lille this summer.
