Atalanta defeated its host Lazio with four goals against one goal in the postponed match between them in the first round of the Italian Football League.
Atalanta's goals were scored by Robin Goosense, Hans Hatipore and Alejandro Gómez twice in minutes 10, 32, 41 and 61 respectively, while Lazio's only goal was scored by Felipe Caicedo in the 57th minute of the match.
With this result, Atalanta raised its score to 6 points to finish second, while Lazio's balance stuck at 3 points in the middle of the league table.
