Maccabi Tel Aviv revealed last night (Saturday) that Yannis Sterniks, Mark Antonov and Nikola Milotinov from CSKA Moscow were positive in the Corona tests conducted for them in recent days, five days before the match between the teams.
CSKA will go up today (13:00) to play in the VTB League against Lokomotiv Kuban without the three missing players.
The Euroleague protocol stipulates that teams must undergo two corona tests a week, 72 hours before a game and up to 24 hours after.
On Monday, CSKA will pass the next test, like the people of Maccabi Tel Aviv, and the results are expected to arrive before the Yellows leave on a direct flight to Moscow on Wednesday.

The Euroleague protocol further states that the games will take place as long as a team can put together a squad of eight healthy players.
Although CSKA has a wide squad of 16 players, it has registered only 14 players for the Euroleague, with three of them currently sick. If four or more patients are not found in the additional test on Monday, the game will be held as usual. If the Russians are unable to field eight healthy players The game will not take place and Maccabi Tel Aviv will probably win a technical victory.
As mentioned, the Yellows continue normal preparations for the game as the professional team makes efforts to get Dragon Bender involved so that he can get significant minutes on Thursday. Maccabi hopes to show better coordination in the upcoming game. Another will be finding the way to put Ante Žižić into the team game after the disappointing performance in the win over Alba Berlin on Thursday.
