At a good and successful time, the bizarre NBA season has come to an end, and the United States is evacuating for summaries.
But wait, before the summaries, what about the forecasts on the eve of the 2019/20 season?
As every year, a poll was conducted on the league's official website among the 30 general managers of the teams, in an attempt to predict what to expect.
And how do we say that?
They were not really in the direction.
The proud Los Angeles champion received just 11 percent to win the championship, far less than city rival the Clippers who led with 46 percent.
Milwaukee, which was shamefully dismissed by Miami, received 36 percent.
The Lakers even got just 14 percent to finish first in the West at the end of the regular season, where they eventually finished.
The general managers correctly predicted the selection of Yannis Antocompo as the outstanding player of the season - 52 percent of them chose him - but the Lakers stars received very little attention in the poll.
LeBron received only one vote on the MVP, did not get a vote on "If you started a club from scratch today, who would you vote for" (86 percent of the vote went to Yannis, 7 percent to Anthony Davis), and received only 17 percent on "Which player is forced The opposing coaches make the most adjustments "(James Harden led with 48 percent).

LeBron received only 24 percent of the vote on the question of "who is the best small forward in the league," while Kwai Leonard received 62 percent.
Anthony Davis received 28 percent of the vote on "Who is the best power forward in the league" (Yannis received 59 percent), and only 17 percent on "Who is the best chin in the league" (Nikola Jukic received 48 percent).
Davis was added to the Lakers last summer, in a monstrous trade, but when asked "which player who switched teams would make the biggest change," he received only 21 percent of the vote.
Kwai Leonard, who signed with the Clippers, received 67 percent of the vote.
As for the question of "which team made the best moves of the summer," the Lakers did not get a single vote.
The Clippers, on the other hand, received 82 percent of the vote.
Also regarding the question of the best defensive player in the league, Davis, who experienced a monstrous, deprived playoff, with only 3 percent (Kwai received 45%, Rudy wins 28%).
The Lakers did not get a single vote on the question of the best defense in the league, although the defense is the one that ultimately helped them win the 17th championship in the club's history (the Clippers led with 52%).

One of the big questions that is expected to accompany the upcoming season is the future of Yannis Antocompo.
The playoff collapse only heightened rumors of the star's possible departure from Milwaukee in the summer of 2021, when his contract expires.
