His former Milan friend Kaka says Andrea Pirlo is going to be a 'unique' manager.
The former Brazil international who played for the Italian admitted that he did not expect Pirlo to get a senior coaching job like he got at Juventus so quickly.
"It's fun. I enjoy seeing my former teammates involved in great teams," Kaka told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"He seems destined to take over the youth team and climb up with it but he got the best job," he added.
Kaka said in an interview that Pirlo has an advantage after playing for great coaches like Carlo Ancelotti, Massimiliano Allegri and Antonio Conte, but believes Pirlo will open up a special coaching character of his own just as he was as a player. "Andrea knows football, it would be nice to follow him. He was lucky to work with the best and learn from them but in the end I still think he will be a coach on his own."
