English fitness coach Neil Clark will not join Maccabi Haifa in the training camp in Serbia and will return to Israel to attend the training of the senior and young team players who will remain in Israel - San Menachem, Ofri Arad, Muhammad Abu Fani, Neta Lavi and Yahav Gurfinkel.

Jordan Shoa may also be asked to attend these training sessions.

As you may recall, Clark did not come to the camp due to waiting for the result of a corona test he conducted in London.

It has now been decided by the club that it will be more important for the English coach to oversee what is happening with the players who remain in the country.

In contrast, English assistant coach Paul Groves will join the training camp and arrive in Serbia on Friday.

Tonight (Wednesday, 19:30, Sport4) the team will play a training match against Kolobara from the second division in Serbia.

The game will be the first preparation in the training camp when coach Barak Bachar will try quite a few players and lineups for the rest of the season.

Today the team celebrated the birthday of new acquisition player Goodsway Donio.

Ahead of the game, the team received positive news.

Injured Sun Menachem apparently did not seriously injure his ankle, and appears to need to rest for only a few days.
