Tel Aviv Hapoel coordinator Yam Madar has not attended the team's training in recent days due to a dispute between him and the team's leaders.
After the victory over Bnei Herzliya, Madar asked Hapoel leaders to train alone until November 8, the deadline for removing his name from the draft, but the team refused his request, after, among others, the professional team claimed that this was a significant blow to preparations for the upcoming season.
After Hapoel Tel Aviv informed Madar that he needed to report for training, Madar, together with his agents and associates, decided not to appear for the team's training.
Hapoel Tel Aviv was quick to respond in a letter to the player and informed him that if he did not show up for training, he would violate his contract, in which case he might face a disciplinary committee.

The background to the explosion between the parties is the desire of several teams in the NBA to see Madar up close and get to personal training in the near future in the United States.
Hapoel Tel Aviv initially considered the move positively, with Madar even undergoing combine training online at his home in Beit Dagan, but Hapoel is not interested in releasing him to the United States at this stage.
Madar, who will celebrate December 20, is ranked in the second round of the draft to be held on November 18.
About two months ago, he left for Las Vegas for a camp watched by a number of league officials who followed him.
His men estimate that at this point the chances of him pulling his name out of the NBA Draft are very slim, and that there is a real chance he will make it to the end of the first round and win a guaranteed NBA contract.
Hapoel Tel Aviv refused to comment on the news.
