The general meeting of the JFG Sempt Erding dealt with two main points: A new statute and new elections for two offices.
Erding - A lot has happened at JFG Sempt Erding, especially in terms of organization.
In addition to the management board reports, the agenda for the general meeting on Wednesday in the Rot-Weiß Klettham clubhouse also included the resolution of a new statute and the election of two board positions.
Now FC Erding is also represented on the board.
But first it was chairman Christoph Greckl's turn: “We have set up a new concept,” he reported.
Accordingly, the JFG only operates one or two teams per age group.
Those who fail to make the leap into this “high-performance squad” stay with the parent club (detailed report follows).
The side effect: less coaching costs.
Treasurer Patrick Tischer confirmed this: “Last season we spent around 7,600 euros on coaches.” In the previous year, it was over 23,000 euros, and the Corona break saved money.
The total expenditure in the 2019/20 season amounts to 16,000 euros, the income to just under 25,000 euros.
With an account balance of around 13,000, “we are currently financially okay,” says Tischer.
Cash auditor Dieter Prechtl certified a “perfect cash management”, whereupon the board of directors was unanimously discharged.
Afterwards, the most athletic task of the evening was on the agenda: the new statutes.
2. Treasurer Richard Graf quickly read out the 14 pages.
Above all, it was about vague formulations that were adapted.
The new statutes also allow JFG membership - previously there was only membership in the parent associations.
Last but not least, there were new elections for two board positions: 3rd chairman Max Hilmer and secretary Roland Schöttner vacated their posts - Hilmer, because as RWK youth leader he is already a member of the JFG board and Schöttner because after all these years he wants to step down .
3rd chairman is now Kurt Müller from FC Erding.
Schöttner's office is taken over by his previous deputy Mayls Majurani.
A fitting farewell for Schöttner should take place in a small group.
He was the last JFG founding member on the board.
