An American sprinter using two prosthetic legs lost an appeal he filed in an attempt to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has upheld the decision of the governing body of the track and field professions that Blake Lipper gets a competitive advantage over other runners thanks to the extra height the prostheses give him.
