Israel's women's team opened the Heraklion window today (Thursday) with a 73:66 loss to Montenegro in the 2021 European Championship qualifiers and fell to a 2: 0 balance.
Israel was equal to Montenegro for most of the game and scored high percentages, but fell mainly in the rebounding struggles that gave Montenegro quite a few baskets from a second chance.
The next game will take place on Saturday against strong Sweden.
