was the top talent's first youth coach.
In an interview with
Bild
he gives insights into the beginnings of a player who probably has the talent to be a superstar.
It all started with a
trial training session
in the U13 of FC St. Pauli.
“Youssoufa brought his dad with him to the first training session,” recalls Louca.
“Except for his sneakers, he didn't have any sports gear.
We improvised - he was offered shoes by fellow players, ”explains the youth coach.
BVB: Super talent Moukoko convinced after just five minutes
It didn't take Moukoko long to convince everyone.
“After only five minutes it was clear that we would take him in.” It was recognized early on that the boy has something special.
In 2016 the scouting department of BVB noticed him and grabbed the talent.
Since then, the 15-year-old has been the absolute high-flyer in each of his teams.
In
88 games
for the U17 and U19 of the Black-Yellows, Moukoko scored an incredible
141 goals
- even though he is significantly younger than his teammates.

Borussia Dortmund fans are eagerly waiting for his
professional debut
when he has finally reached the age of 16.
The moment is getting closer - and the pressure is getting bigger every day.

The ex-Dortmund warns the child prodigy: “So far, only the sun was shining for him.
But there will also be rainy days, ”he predicts.
"But Youssoufa now has to take the next step, the U19 is too easy for him."
Is the Bundesliga difficult enough?
The hype will reach its peak when it is first used.
He is even being titled as the successor to Erling Haaland - the Norwegian could soon leave BVB *.
But Moukoko is considered ripe.
“The right people are at work at BVB to protect him,” says Sahin.
