When Beavers Natcho opened his heart before last night's (Sunday) game against the Czech Republic and shared feelings that the reviews were unprofessional, it was clear he would be tested on the pitch in a magnifying glass.
Every team game in the last year has a routine: first the media checks what Eran Zehavi's output is, then they check what the coach's status is, and all the other issues are pushed to the margins.
Unless Beavers Natcho makes a sound.
Natcho is a communicative and open guy.
Over the years he respects almost everyone who asks to be interviewed, speaks honestly, and almost every time manages to provide a quote that evokes antagonism.
It is not always interpreted properly.
When Natcho speaks of unprofessional criticism against him, he is not alluding to racism but pointing to the general level of commentators in Israel.
"It's not just me who's been abroad for 10 years," he said only recently. And again the issue of Natcho's avoidance of singing the anthem, a partisan contact received some sort of proof that the fire he was absorbing might also be related to the community from which he comes.

One thing is clear: there is nothing racist in the criticism of Natcho on the net and in the general public.
Beavers is a popular figure in Israeli football.
He left Hapoel Tel Aviv at a young age, and far from producing antagonism like Eran Zehavi, for the sake of comparison.
Beyond that, Natcho brought a lot of respect to Israeli football as ambassador to Russia, Greece and today to the partisan Belgrade.
He has always been identified as a bridge between Jews and Arabs in the team.
When Biram Kiel and several other Arab players uploaded the famous "bosses" picture, Natcho was the first to approach him on the bus and told him that it was wrong and not appropriate for the social fabric of the team.
He always helps to resolve any tensions within the locker room and connects the players.
Professionally, the natch of 2020 is still a mystery.
On the one hand quite a few commentators think he is no longer good enough to be a regular car player on the team, but on the other hand for years all coaches have continued to give him credit in the 11th.
What is the reason for this?
After one of the League of Nations games, former national team coach Andy Herzog explained: "I have great faith in the changes and want to give the reins to the youngsters, but the youngsters in Israel in these positions are unstable and a little pressure will cause them to collapse. Natcho plays a crucial role. "Less fast than before, but I trust him. He's my landlord in the middle of the field."

In December, it will be decided whether Willie Rotensteiner will continue or whether the association will entrust the keys to another coach.
It is possible that the next coach to be elected will conclude that as part of the change in the team, the professional status of Beavers Natcho needs to change.
It would be a legitimate decision, but in the same breath it would be clear that a player with a personality like Natcho's must remain part of the team, even if in a more negligible role.
Unlike other players who are unwilling to hear about the possibility of sitting on the bench in the national team, Natcho may be disappointed but will want to continue to contribute.
He will bring experience, help the younger generation and continue to be a very significant part of the team - with or without being an anchor in the lineup.
