David Blatt talks about Danny Abdia's draft (Editing: Nir Chen. From the NBA official website)
After quite a bit of talk about a possible transfer of Chris Paul when quite a few teams have expressed interest in the services of the coordinator, tonight (Monday) reports on ESPN that Paul is very close to a conclusion in Phoenix.
The 35-year-old guard has already expressed a desire to open a new page outside the Thunder, after leading his team last season to fifth place in the West when he was selected to the second five of the season.
Chris Paul set great averages during the season when he scored 17.6 points per game and delivered 6.7 assists, in addition to an average of 5 rebounds.
Other teams have expressed interest in Paul, including the Los Angeles Lakers, Philadelphia, Milwaukee and Knicks champions, but it seems the Suns, who have been ahead of the rest of the teams all along, eventually managed to get their hands on the quarterback.
