The SC Riessersee managed a significant increase in performance compared to the 0-5 bankruptcy on Friday against Selb.
It is not enough to win against ECDC Memmingen.
The game should come to a bitter end for the SCR.

In the end there is frustration again.
The SC Riessersee lost at home to the ECDC Memmingen 4-5 after extra time.
This is the bad news from an SCR perspective.
The rest, however, were much more positive.
The best first third of the season
Lethargic and insecure: This is how the Riessersee presented themselves in the previous early thirds of the season, especially on Friday in Selb with the deserved 0: 5 bankruptcy.
Not so against Memmingen.
The SCR was wide awake from the first minute, full of pressure, with a pull to the gate.
And also quickly in the first power play.
The first triple chance was given by Benjamin Kronawitter and Florian Vollmer.
But the second was converted directly into leadership.
After the block, the puck gained height.
When he landed on the ice again, he was already wriggling in the net.
The new one, the Czech Robin Soudek, had struck.
Memminger double blow
But the joy did not last long.
No sooner had the Memmingen team been back on the ice than they presented their answer to the hosts - and how.
24 seconds later, the ECDC led.
The white-blue defensive gave ample space and the ECDC took advantage of it.
The momentum of the SCR was gone.
And then also a power play for the opponent.
But instead of the guests, the Riesserseer cheered.
Memmingen messed up the window and Uli Maurer was up and away.
With all his routine, he looked at goalie Lukas Steinhauer and turned - 2: 2 (15th) And then it went towards the guest box.
At first Vollmer couldn't control the puck, then Eetu-Ville gave Arkiomaa single-handedly.
On the other side, Anton Radu made a big bad pass that went unpunished before Chritsopher Chyzowski from the back area and Soudek to Solo failed.
It was a short, entertaining first third.
No comparison to the game against Selb.
The SCR was clearly improved and Memmingen knew how to deal with it.
SCR goes 4-2 in the front
This also applied to the beginning of the second round.
Out of defense, Arkiomaa and Mason strongly solved it.
Both wriggled through the Memmingen defensive line.
In the end, it was Maurer who put the SCR back in front.
Then the same picture as in third one.
The Garmisch-Partenkirchner had the best chance through Arkiomaa.
But gradually, the Memmingen gained advantages.
Again and again goalie Daniel Allavena had to intervene.
Quasi out of nowhere then the 4: 2.
Luca Zitterbart caught an attempt to clarify deep in the Memming third and found Kronawitter.
But again the ECDC was not at a loss for a quick answer - 4: 3.
A fateful loss of a disk
Even at the beginning of the third period, the guests set the tone and pressed the equalizer.
Once again it was Allavena who brought her to the edge of despair.
But not beyond that.
The Memmingen team managed to make it 4: 4 through Samir Kharboutli.
There were four minutes left on the clock, two of which were outnumbered by the SCR.
Everything in your own hands.
The power play remained unused.
Renewal.
And in that Kronawitter had the chance to make the Riessersers cheer.
He just didn't hit the puck in front of the almost orphaned goal.
And so it happened, as it often happens in sports.
The SCR was prone to early disc losses throughout the evening.
So also in the extra minutes.
Ironically, double goalscorer Maurer lost the disc and Kharboutli ended this remarkable game.
