In the top game against VfL Bochum, Hamburger SV lost for the first time in this second division season.
At 1: 3 (0: 1), Hamburg remained after two draws in the third game in a row without a win.
That was also due to a foul by Sven Ulreich;
After a quick free kick from Bochum, the former Bayern goalkeeper Robert Tesche got off his feet;
Robert Zulj scored with a penalty for the lead (35th minute).
Hamburg also scored from the penalty spot: After Maximilian Leitsch fouled Aaron Hunt, Simon Terodde converted to his ninth goal in the eighth game of the season (65th).
The final punch, however, was reserved for the Bochum team.
In the form of a dream goal: After a counterattack, Danny Blum ran on the right edge of the box with the ball and lifted it under pressure over Ulreich, who was only slightly too far forward, into the net (78th).
Raman Chibsah reached the final score (82nd).
In the eighth game of the season, the Würzburger Kickers scored their first victory.
In the 2: 1 (0: 1) against Hannover 96, the team of new coach Bernhard Trares caught up an early deficit.
Trares is already the third coach for Würzburg this season, after the club had split up with Michael Schiele and Marco Antwerp.
The guests, on the other hand, competed without a head coach.
Kenan Kocak had suffered a lumbago in the morning while packing the suitcase, as sports director Gerhard Zuber said on Sky.
