Maccabi Tel Aviv's Euroleague season continues tonight (Friday) with an away game at La Punta in Spain against Valencia.
The Israeli champions come into the game with a balance of three wins against six losses, after a defeat and weak ability against Real Madrid in the middle of the week, while their opponent, who defeated Panathinaikos on Tuesday, won five games and lost three.
Apart from Yuval Sussman, John Dibertolomeo and Omri Caspi who have been injured since the beginning of the season, the rest of the squad is at the disposal of coach Yannis Sapropoulos.
Hauma Ponsernau's Oranges continue to be built on the wonderful inside player Bojan Dobliewicz who is recording 12.3 points and 5.1 rebounds this season including 43 percent off the arc, but around him a much better assist team compared to last season.
Kalman Perfalich, who arrived from Real Madrid, recorded 11.1 points and 4.1 assists, Nikola Kalinic, who came from Fenerbahce, recorded 10.3 points per game and Derrick Williams, also from Fenerbahce, with 8.5 points per game.
Valencia beat Maccabi Tel Aviv only once in the six meetings between the teams.
