Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool player, won the club's best goal award last month.
The club stated on its official website that Salah won the award for his wonderful goal against Everton in the Merseyside derby, which was held at Goodison Park at the opening of the fifth round of the Premier League competition.
The club pointed out that Mohamed Salah's goal beat the goal scored by Portuguese striker Diego Jota against West Ham United, who finished second.
Mohamed Salah is expected to participate in the UEFA Champions League match against Atlanta on Wednesday, after he missed the weekend's victory over Leicester City due to his infection with the Coronavirus.
