The Egyptian club Al-Ahly won its ninth African title by beating Zamalek with two goals to one goal today in the final of the African Champions League.
Amr Al-Sulaia opened the scoring for Al-Ahly in the fifth minute, then Adel Mahmoud Abdel-Razek “Shikabala” the result in the 31st minute of the match, before Mohamed Magdy scored the winning goal for Al-Ahly in the 86th minute of the match.
This is the first time in the history of the tournament that two teams from the same country compete.
