Even after already winning the seventh world championship of his career, Lewis Hamilton continues on his own and today (Sunday) won the Bahrain Grand Prix, which began with a terrible accident by Roman Georgen.
The British Briton, who jumped from the full position, recorded the 95th victory of his career, fifth in a row and 11th of the season in 15 races.

Max Verstaffen Rebellion finished second and teammate Alexander Albon set up a double on the Red Bull podium with third place, which was taken by Sergio Perez who suffered a three-lap engine malfunction at the end of the race.

The big story was of Georgian, whose vehicle simply tore in two and started to catch fire after light contact with Daniel Cabiat that led to a collision with the guardrail and a frightening accident.
The 34-year-old Frenchman, the driver of the Ace group, somehow managed to escape and was rushed to hospital with minor burns and fear of a rib fracture.
He can at least be comforted in his choice by the fans for today's outstanding driver.
