German coach Joachim Löw, threatened with eviction following poor results, was finally confirmed in his post on Monday and will lead the Mannschaft at the Euro, announces the German Football Association (DFB).
"The presidium of the DFB unanimously decided on Monday during a teleconference, to continue with coach Joachim Löw the difficult path of renewal started in March 2019," said the DFB in a press release, published at the end of a summit meeting between its senior executives and the 60-year-old coach, in office since 2006.
