28 seconds in the middle of the flames
Shortly after the start, Grosjean's F1 went off the track following contact with one of the wheels of the single-seater of Russian Daniil Kvyat (AlphaTauri) and broke up by hitting the safety barriers, turning into a blaze. .
The driver was stuck for 28 seconds in the midst of the flames before exiting the carcass on his own and being immediately taken care of by the track marshals and the driver of the Grand Prix medical car, before being admitted to the hospital.
