The Mercedes team stated on its official website today that the test result of the 35-year-old British Mercedes driver Hamilton was positive and he will be absent from the Sakhir Grand Competition in Bahrain.
Hamilton won his seventh world title last month and won the Bahrain Grand Prix last Sunday.
